Ticketing

Q. How much do tickets cost? $15 for early access, $5 for general admission.
A. All tickets include FREE entry into the Lodge Museum of Cast Iron on the day of the ticket.

Q. Are tickets refundable?
A. No, all tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred if necessary on the ticketing site.

Q. How will I receive my tickets?
A. All tickets are sent electronically to the email provided. Tickets can be printed out if desired, or add them to your Apple Wallet.

Q. Do I need my ticket for the event?
A. Yes, a valid ticket will be required to enter the sale.

Q. What if I'm late for my ticket time?
A. You can enter when you arrive. No one will be allowed before their designated ticket time.

Q. Why is Lodge requiring tickets this year?
A. For everyone's safety and comfort, we are ticketing the event to better control capacity. This year's venue is smaller than in past years and the legal occupancy limit cannot be surpassed.

General

Q: What is the address of the sale?
A: The sale will be just down the street from the South Pittsburg Factory Store at 301 S. Cedar Avenue, South Pittsburg, TN 37380

Q. Can I bring my children?
A. All children under the age of 12 are admitted free with a ticketed adult. 

Q. Can I bring my pets?
A. No. Only service animals are permitted.

Q. Will the Factory Store and Museum be open?
A. Yes!

Q. What forms of payment are accepted at the sale?
A. Cash and credit cards

Q. Are my purchases at the sale returnable?
A. No. All sales within the Warehouse Sale are final.

Q. Do you offer a military discount?
A. We do not offer any discounts on Warehouse Sale purchases, but we do offer a 15% military discount at the Factory Store and Museum. Valid ID is required.

Q. Is the facility accessible?
A. Yes, the Warehouse Sale building and all other Lodge buildings are ADA accessible.

Q. Where do I park?
A. There is a large field adjacent to the sale with parking attendants. There is also a large parking lot at the Factory Store and next door at our Employee Center.

Q. Will there be shopping carts?
A. Yes. There should be enough shopping carts for everyone :)

Q. What kind of products are at the Warehouse Sale?
A. There will be a mix of clearance/liquidation items from our distribution center and 2nd-quality products. No individual item is guaranteed to be in stock at any time.
